Good Monday morning,

The chilly and wet weekend is over, and it is time for a warm up to at least normal temps. It has been a chilly last week with temps 15 to 20 degrees below normal. We will start to see a reversal of that, with temps more normal. With highs in the 60s to low 70s.

The weekend brought nice spring showers with 1/3 to 1/2 an inch of rain for all. The winner was Figueroa mountain with .90 of an inch.

Today we will start our warm up. With highs in the mid to upper 60s along the coast and low 70s in the valley . Overall a nice week of weather mild and dry through Friday.

Mid week the coastal fog will return along the coast, but valleys should remain mostly clear.

Next Saturday a weak front approaches, but rain is not likely only additional cooling.

I spent the weekend in Bellevue Washington. If you have never been there it is a really cool modern city. All the high rise buildings have been built in the past 20 years and when the sun shines it is over the top beautiful (especially as you enter into the summer months with day light lasting through the 10pm hour). We went to Ascend restaurant on Saturday night on the 31st floor of the Lincoln Tower and the views were over the top of lake Washington, Bellevue park and the high rises.
It is worth a 2 hour direct from Santa Barbara if you have not been there

Enjoy the week. It will be a nice improvement from last week, but spring like, not summer like yet….

See you soon

Thank you Action Roofing! On a ridiculously busy and rainy day like yesterday, I greatly appreciate you taking care of my client’s leaking roof. As a realtor, I make sure to always take care of my client’s needs before, during and after our transaction. It is wonderful to have a great company like Action Roofing to rely on to do the same! Thank you!!!
