Interesting, take a look at these rain totals for the past 24 hours in SLO County

Compared to us in SB County

Yes, the flow has been just to the north of us. The central coast to the north to the Bay Area has had lots of weather with the Pineapple Express flow... For us... Zippo.... Except San Marcos pass and a little in the Santa Ynez Valley.

Today the front will continue to bring a slight chance of rain to the north, but we should not see anything more than a few mountain showers over our hills. After this afternoon, it all clears out for what is going to be a dry week through Sunday.

We will heat up into the 80s by mid-week with aa off shore Santa Anna event.

Friday there should be a shift with onshore flow from the ocean which will cool us a little, but no rain…

FYI there is a mess on the 101 north bound side with a big rig wreck. If you have to go north use the pass. Stay away from Gaviota and the 101 north.

Have a great week!

Thank you! The new downspouts have completely stopped the drumming of drips when it rains!
