Ok, we pretty much have things dialed in for a wet weekend. Good news, then more good news.

  1. Rain will be heavy both Saturday and Sunday night.
  2. Looks like our day time hours will be mostly dry, with most of the rain falling at night.
  3. Rain totals are looking good. We should see a total in SB area of 2 to 3 inches of rain, between the 2 systems. Mountain areas can see 4 inches or so.

Ok, so when is this all going to happen?yes

Changes are out there now. High clouds will be around all day. Tonight it does look like north areas will get rain overnight. This is going to be mainly in the SLO area down to Santa Ynez.

For us and south we should see maybe a few light showers and drizzle. Not much in rain if any.

Most of Saturday will be dry, and then Saturday night into early Sunday morning the rain arrives. This will be heavy at times. We also will have good south flow which will enhance the rain on the south facing mountains in SB.

We should see 1 to 2 inches of rain. Rain will taper overnight then we will dry out for Sunday morning.

Most of Sunday will be dry, and then the next system arrives Sunday night into Monday.

This one is a colder and more dynamic. This will have heavy rain with some embedded thunder showers. Rain will be heavy at rates of 1/2in per hour where thunderstorms arrive. Showers will continue into our Monday morning. Looks like this system will bring more scattered totals, but we could see the same results as Saturday night.

Showers end late Monday, but pretty much over by noon.

Monday night, wind....  And lots of it from the northwest, so it will rock Jack's backyard!

Things dry out Tuesday through Thursday with high pressure building back in.

Beyond that, were not talking yet. Hoping for more late next week.

Ok have fun... This is what we have been hoping for!

Thank you for your prompt response. I am so grateful for what you did. All through the following rain storms I was thanking you. This is what, in my mind, is an incredible business response. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
