Wednesday Weather

By Jack Martin on Aug 19, 2015 at 08:03 AM

Today we start with fog and cooler start for the day. Fog is around 1500 feet, clearing should occur late this morning.

Highs for the day will be in the upper 70’s, just perfect temps.

Tonight we will get sundowners winds. They will blow 15 to 25 miles an hour, right around sunset time.

These winds are typical and will blow down off the mountains.

This should push the marine layer off shore and we will wake to clear skies Thursday morning.

The rest of the week and weekend should be seasonable nice. Some fog pockets, but nothing too exciting.

Enjoy your day, and remember the sundowner winds tonight and put down your patio umbrellas.

Testimontials

Thank you for coming up to do the demo for the Career Fair at Los Prietos. All the boys were fascinated by the chance to see how sheet metal is formed, and to do some of it themselves. A hands-on demo is always the most effective in getting the boys involved. We really appreciate your arranging the demo, especially since you had already put so much energy into the talk and demo you did for the Construction Technology class. The teaching and Probation staff were all impressed by how involved the boys were in your demo.
