Good Sunday morning and October 1st,

Not much rain fell yesterday, because the low pressure system decided to track a little further inland. We received barely a trace of rain. With Refugio pass receiving .008

This morning the rain is blowing through to the south, but with only a small amount, if any. Today will still be quite cool with temps 10 to 20 degrees below normal.

If you are waking up in santa Ynez it is a chilly 45 degrees. 58 in SB. Highs today will be in the 60s.

Monday the big warm up begins with October bringing us above normal temps all week long. Expect off shore flow and 80s coastal, 90s in the valleys and interiors close to 100 degrees.

Back to summer for next week!
