Good Thursday morning,

Looking forward for the next 7 days there is no excitement in the weather front, in our neck of the woods at least.

Coastal morning fog then sunshine and highs in the 70s for the next week.

Coastal beach areas have remained quite cool all summer long, with really no need for AC so far this year. We will see how long that lasts, because typically we see temps rise along the coast in September and October as the ocean temp rises.

Regarding the valleys, it has been up and down with the heat. Today will be cooler with highs in the mid 80s. As we get into the weekend it warms up.

Sunday and Monday triple digits are likely. Each day for the next 5 will climb a few degrees each day.

Looking into the tropical zone, a few things are starting to brew in the west. It Looks like 2 systems will form, one going west and the other heading toward Cabo in the next week. We will watch how that plays out in the 10 day forecast for us

In the mean time, no excitement this weekend. Great weather for Zoofari at the Santa Barbara zoo Saturday night. Just pack a light jacket for later in the evening after sunset. Always a fun event, I will see you there if you are attending.

Enjoy, stay cool in the valleys this weekend, you will need the AC, beach or pool.

Thank you for the facia repairs and skylight cleaning. We hope all those termites and dry rot stay away from our new boards for a long time!
