Good Wednesday morning,

Today the warm-up begins for some.

You know California is an amazing area because there’s so many microclimates,  you can have a little bit of everything within an hour drive.

We have the Pacific Ocean, the mountains, the lakes, and the desert.

Each are something a little bit different and this time of year the temperatures are quite different, that will be the case the rest of this week and into next.

If you’re waking up along the coast this morning to find plenty of fog and dampness. This will keep us cooler and highs will be in the 70s low 80s after the fog breaks.

Driving up over the pass, you’re gonna have temperature starting to rise into the 90s.

Further east, hot and getting into the 100 to 110 degrees.

So regardless of what you prefer, you can have it all here in Southern California.

Today will not be as hot as it’s going to get, but you’ll definitely feel the warm up with the exception of along the coast.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be the hottest days. Where  all inland valleys and interior valleys will really start to heat up and get into the 90s and 100s.

As we come out of the weekend, it’s still going to be hot but it looks like temperatures will back off a few degrees still a heatwave for valleys and interior is going to be part of life for at least the next week.

Bottom line if you live in the valleys, pack up the car and head to the beach, Otherwise, you will need a pool or air-conditioning.

Enjoy our microclimates they’re pretty incredible, our Pacific Ocean has one big air conditioner keeping the coast cool when everything else heats up.

The best part of California is no bugs, no humidity, and the cold Pacific Ocean

I think I will stay …

Living the dream, have a great day
