Good Monday morning,

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Sunday was a fantastic day with lots of sunshine everywhere and nice temperatures.

As mentioned for the past number of days, it’s gonna warm up. As you can see the title page of the national weather service, Oxnard forecast with all the red colors to the interior valleys.

We should see lots of sunshine this week. With warming temperatures each day. The coastal areas will stay mostly clear with minimal, if any fog. 

A little fog in Lompoc this morning and trying to trace into the Santa Ynez Valley regardless, it will be minimal.

As the week goes on Wednesday, we really start to warm up coastal areas upper 70s to 80s, valleys in the 90s, and everywhere else... well over 100

It looks like the heat will be with us all the way through the week. There’s a hint of maybe some coastal fog and onshore flow For the weekend, but other models are calling out for the heat wave to continue into next week.

Regardless, it’s going to get hot in all interior valleys like Bakersfield, Paso Robles, Fresno, etc. 

Enjoy the mid July weather, it’s gonna be gorgeous along the coast, and  hot inland.
