Good Monday morning,
Look at how warm it is to start the day. 61 degrees at 4:30 am.

Today will continue our warm sunny weather with highs in the upper 70s and low 80s for many.
This day also brings us positivity, with more daylight in our future.
Starting Tuesday, each day will bring 1 to 2 more minutes of daylight each day.
....Happy Winter Solstice.....
As far as our forecast for the week, we bounce back and forth with high pressure and low pressure every day or two.
Tuesday, onshore flow will bring the marine layer back with an inside slider, bringing a dry system from north to south.
Wednesday sets up another off shore event or Santa Ana.... this will last into Thursday.
Then another weak low pressure system brushes us. Rain will stay well to the north, bringing us maybe some clouds in the mountains.
Christmas Day, another weak pop up high will arrive. This should make a nice Christmas Day with highs in the mid 60s.
Saturday, another bounce with a slightly stronger system that will create rain in SLO and northern Santa Barbara county.
Don’t get too excited, 1/4 in SLO and 1/10 in Santa Ynez.
Sunday, transition day between the next storm system.
Rain will arrive for all Sunday night into Monday and rain through most of Monday.
This is great news for Action Roofing, because we will be able to enjoy at least most of the Christmas holiday rain free.
It does look like the system on Monday will bring moderate rainfall.
Just how much will be clearer in the next few days, but it will be a busy Monday at action with the first rain storm of the season.
Enjoy the great day, this will be the last extremely warm day for a while.
Most of all, stay healthy and COVID free!
Lastly, take a look in the sky tonight 1 hour after sunset, you will see what is known as the Christmas star.
It really has nothing to do with a star. It is Jupiter and Saturn passing by each other in their orbit.
They will brighten up the sky.
