Good Thursday morning,

Today and the next few days are going to be windy in Ventura and points to the south.

Looks like wind gusts of 35 to 45 miles an hour. This will bring another round of extremely high fire danger.

For Santa Barbara and points north, no wind to speak of here. The Event is a Northeast wind affecting Ventura to LA. (Santa Ana event)

All in all, our weather continues to be extremely dry with no rain in sight. Dry for at least the next week and likely further.

The temps are also pretty consistent for the next week. Highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. Lows in the 40s coastal and 30s in the valleys.

The wind event really continues for Ventura and South through Sunday.

SB will be the place to be, maybe wine tasting in Santa Ynez in the afternoon after it warms up.....

As we all know, we have received really no rain in the 20-21 rainy season.

As of this point, we typically see 15% of our rainfall. This year we are at 2%.

We will have more detail on this in Friday's forecast. Thanks to my friend Mike at the National Weather Service doing my research.

Stay tuned and hang onto your hat in Ventura South.

😀 As always, have a great day!

Jack Martin

Thanks for the nice job you did on my house. My tenant appreciated how considerate and efficient your team was and commented on the excellent job they did. My husband and I went up to inspect the job yesterday, and we were very pleased.
