Good Wednesday morning,

Happy Equinox day. This comes spring and fall every year. 12 hours of day light and 12 hours of darkness.

Winter months are lurking in our future, however, you are not going to know this over the next 7 days.

We will be starting a warm up each day as we head into next week.

If you look at the satellite, you will notice 3 things.

Storms to the north will stay over the Pacific Northwest , and hurricane Lowell is west of us spinning harmless.

In the middle, high pressure is building in and will warm us up as each day goes by.

It looks like we will all be enjoying summer like weather through the weekend.

Likely Monday will be the hottest in the next 7 days as we will have a mini heatwave.

Looks like 90s and 100s in the valleys with lows at night in the 70s. Coastal will be nicer with still some morning fog, and highs in the 80s.

If your looking for rain, go to the pacific northwest, they are getting lots of it. Dousing all the fires.

Enjoy the nice weather, summer still rules in Southern California.
