Good Monday morning,

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Now it is back to a crazy work week with real estate going Bananas in Santa Barbara - Montecito.

As we start out our work week, we will find Monday and Tuesday to be a repeat of the past week.

Cooler and below normal temps. Fog till noonish. Highs in low 70s coastal and low 80s in the valleys.

It almost sounds like a broken record skipping and saying the same thing (for those of you who know what a record is :) Right when we we're getting use to sweat shirts in the morning, this is all going to change starting on Wednesday.

Wednesday we will call transition day.

High pressure moves in from Arizona and sets up over SOCAL. This is going to squash the marine layer and warm us all up .

Thursday and Friday, the mercury is rising and temps will climb above normal.

For the weekend.

All eyes are on the Thermometer, because we are expecting triple digits in the valleys and 80s and 90s in SB.  Even the beaches should be in the 80s.

Way to hot in the valleys, so come to the beach.

Enjoy the last few cooler days. Wednesday on we will rise each day, and by Sunday it will be 10 to 15 degrees above normal.

Have a great week.

Okay techno-jack!! I will love to give y’alls a double thumbs up, or at least 10 gold stars. I was way impressed with Tony and his young sidekick. Maybe Thomas? They just changed the whole complexion of what we’re going to do. Making it work too! I’ve decided that the key to your enormous business success is your skill in hiring and picking business partners. In my experience, I can think of Sharon, Jeannie, Ricky, Doug, Kirk, Tony, Jorge, Octavio. And I haven’t even seen Beatriz or Ana yet. You continue to hit those line drives, even if your run to 1st base has slowed a bit. So fun for me to see!!
