Good Friday morning,

Looking outside you will see the biggest air conditioner in the world. The pacific ocean is keeping the coastal areas cool till 10 am.

It is going to be a hot weekend, the place to be is in the white zone: https://www.weather.gov/lox/

If you like hot, then head to the red zones.

Lake Nacimiento will be over 100 every day. Valleys and foothills you need to be near a pool 90s to 102.

The coastal areas great beach weather, that’s where you will find me when I get a break from work. Looks like 80 to 85.

If you are going to the shore (Jersey shore) you are going to have a wet weekend with a Category 1 hurricane Fay.

To the south of us there is another Hurricane in Mexico, but drifting harmlessly to the north west. Maybe some surf for us.

Next week we will have a little cool down. It is summer time, where we don’t see a lot of changes.

Have a great weekend!

Thank you for coming up to do the demo for the Career Fair at Los Prietos. All the boys were fascinated by the chance to see how sheet metal is formed, and to do some of it themselves. A hands-on demo is always the most effective in getting the boys involved. We really appreciate your arranging the demo, especially since you had already put so much energy into the talk and demo you did for the Construction Technology class. The teaching and Probation staff were all impressed by how involved the boys were in your demo.
