OMG, I got up at 3:30 and fed Pearl. It was so warm outside.

The heatwave has arrived. Look at these temps at 4:15 Am this morning. 

You know it is going to be a hot day when you start with 75 degrees  at 4am.

The heatwave is going to stick around through Tuesday of next week, but the hottest day will likely be Friday. 

For the weekend, more summer like conditions. Highs in 80s and 90s through the weekend. I am sure the beaches will be packed. 

Remember the social distancing. We dont want to bring the heat into our bodies by picking up the virus. 

Enjoy the summer like conditions, it is going to be quite a interesting weekend at the beaches.

All beaches are open, except for LA, but some parking lots like Carp are closed. 

Enjoy, and stay healthy. 

You know there is going to be lots of chatter and cameras at the beaches about the social distancing :) lets show them we can enjoy it safely.
