Good Thursday morning,

I hope everyone is waking virus free. Today that low pressure system is now moving into our area.

This is going to bring scattered showers to the area, with a northwest flow.

This means areas like Santa Barbara will be in a rain shadow due to our local mountains.

Areas in the central coast and Santa Ynez stand a better chance for rain.

Rain chance still stay in place for SB to LA, but not as likely in areas to the north.

Expect the scattered showers for all to become more likely after 11am as the low digs closer.

Tonight it all clears out and we will have high pressure build in for Friday and Saturday.

Sunday is now looking like scattered showers might move into the area with a weak system passing though.

Starting Monday it looks like a long awaited high pressure system will build in and give us a dry week with warmer temps.

We all would love to see warmer weather and 70s back in the forecast.

Have a great day, bring your umbrella just in case 😊
