Good Thursday morning,

We are on the back side of the work week now. It does look like nice weather will prevail into the weekend and warmer temps.

This will hopefully help everyone with colds and the Flu.” It is a nasty one”. Stay away from folks with it. Trust me you don’t want this one.

High pressure will continue with weak off shore winds, with the exception of tonight when a short wave moves through:

On Friday high pressure builds back in with off shore winds through Saturday.

We are expecting a nice warm up with many areas in the lower to mid 70s 😁.

Sunday, a low pressure system depends on top of us, but models are now pointing to rain Santa Ynez and north, dry south. What rain may fall will be light.

Monday through Wednesday looks to be dry, with high pressure building in again.

January has been a real bust for rain. We have now fallen behind on the season averages.

We will hope for a wet February. In the meantime enjoy the 70s and great weather through Saturday.

Thank you for the kindness and personal interest you showed a couple of old folks that desperately needed good advice on our roof project.
