Good chilly - windy Sunday morning,

We are starting out with chilly temps 49 degrees in SB and 45  in Santa ynez.

The is thanks to the cold front passing to the east. There will be a chance of some snow on north facing mountains and the grapevine.

As the low moves East, the winds will shift to the Northeast. This will take the winds out of Santa Barbara and place them in Ventura and south.

A Santa Ana wind event will occur Monday and Tuesday. This will be a cold event, because the air is chilled.

Tuesday night and Wednesday rain is still into the forecast, it will be a matter of how far south this goes.

We should get a better read on this by Monday morning.

For the next 3 days we will see sun shine and cooler days and nights.

Speaking of days, the daylight starts so much later and night comes early.

The good news is 6 days until the winter solstice. Saturday the 21st will be the last day before we start to see the day light increase each day.

Also Christmas is 10 days away.

Have a Great Sunday!

I will be back bright and early Monday with the work week forecast.

Thank you Action Roofing! On a ridiculously busy and rainy day like yesterday, I greatly appreciate you taking care of my client’s leaking roof. As a realtor, I make sure to always take care of my client’s needs before, during and after our transaction. It is wonderful to have a great company like Action Roofing to rely on to do the same! Thank you!!!
