Good Friday morning,

October has arrived and also Santa Ana season.

We will be influenced by off shore flow and a weak Santa Ana wind event this weekend.

The real result will be temps warning into the 80s and 90s in some locations.

It will be a great late summer weekend for all that love warm and sunny weather.

Winds will blow Saturday and Sunday for the northeast at around 10 to 25 miles an hour. This will affect southern Santa Ana wind prone areas.

For SB to Gaviota there will be some northwest winds today into tonight, but mild.

Of course the weekend is going to be fantastic, for all outdoor activities.

Next week through Wednesday will be uneventful, but nice weather all in all.

Thursday and into the weekend, there is chatter about a stronger Santa Ana wind event.

It could blow quite hard in areas and the temp shoot way up.

Stay tuned, and enjoy a great weekend.

Here is what is happening in SB area this weekend:

Thanks for the nice job you did on my house. My tenant appreciated how considerate and efficient your team was and commented on the excellent job they did. My husband and I went up to inspect the job yesterday, and we were very pleased.
