Summer Has Arrived 6/9/19

Good Sunday morning,

Summer is arriving.

What a great weekend so far, and the good news is it gets better and continues into midweek.

Saturday night was fantastic, it was the first time in quite awhile where you could sit outside and enjoy the evening and fantastic sunset...

If you are at the lake, you are in heaven. Highs in the upper 90s.

Along the coast, we will wake to a little fog, but it will burn off quickly. Highs will make it into the low 80s.

It is a beach day. Go and enjoy it....

In the Santa Ynez valley, a great day also. Highs in the low 90s. Great for wine tasting at the vineyards.

I love the setting at bridlewood winery... great outdoor spaces.

All in all, if you are in central or Southern California you can not go wrong. After a long rainy season, we are finally getting a well deserved break.

This is why we pay high prices for real estate here.

To start the week, Monday and Tuesday will be just like today. Just perfect ....

Tuesday night will be fantastic at the county bowl for the train Concert for the lucky ones that have tickets... see you there !!

Wednesday and Thursday a low pressure system brings a deeper marine layer and cools us off Friday into the UCSB graduation weekend. We will return to normal temps and warm up.

Restaurant's and state street will be packed with lots of grads family's coming into town...

On top of tha, Sunday is Father's Day. Busy weekend in SB.
