Good Monday morning,

Sunday’s rain was pretty incredible with Montecito picking up 1.58 inches of rain.

Thanks to afternoon showers. Overall it has been an incredible May, for rain.

In just the past week, some locations have picked up 2.5 inches and the creeks are flowing again in Montecito.

Today we start out with wind and the wind will continue into tonight.

Tuesday has finally come into a forecast. It does look like the low pressure system will set up over Nevada - California, near Vegas and spin for 2 days. It will then move northeast and could cause some rain inland. It now, however, looks like the coastal areas.

Our forecast area will stay dry, with partly to mostly cloudy skies at times, with only a slight chance of rain.

Looking into the weekend, another low moves south from the northwest. This will bring a chance of rain Sunday.

Temps all week will be well below normal.
