Good Thursday Morning

By Jack Martin on Feb 07, 2019 at 04:41 PM

Here we are in the middle of a few dry days. Something we all appreciate. Looks like we will be dry through Friday Day.

Then Friday night, the next of 3 systems approach us.

Friday night into Saturday we are looking at a lighter storm system. We are going to receive ¼ to ½ inch of rain out of this system.

Skies clear out Saturday mid-day,  then we will be dry until Sunday night.

This 2nd system is looking to be very cold, but moisture starved.

We will see some rain, but light amounts. Possible snow at higher elevations.

Monday and Tuesday look dry, possible Wednesday.

However, a larger system is to bring rain Wednesday into Thursday. Timing is still off, but rain will occur Wednesday later or Thursday.

We are still a ways out on this one, however, it is one to watch. This might be a good rain maker.

In the mean time, get ready for some rain, every few days …

Thank you for coming up to do the demo for the Career Fair at Los Prietos. All the boys were fascinated by the chance to see how sheet metal is formed, and to do some of it themselves. A hands-on demo is always the most effective in getting the boys involved. We really appreciate your arranging the demo, especially since you had already put so much energy into the talk and demo you did for the Construction Technology class. The teaching and Probation staff were all impressed by how involved the boys were in your demo.
