Tuesday Weather Update

By Jack Martin on Nov 13, 2018 at 05:36 PM

Good Tuesday morning,

High clouds will start the day.

The real story is the wind to the south in the fire area. It will take one more day before they begin to back off.

Winds will blow 30 to 40 miles an hour in the valleys and 50 to 60 in the mountains, pretty much a repeat of Monday.

Off shore will continue into Thursday, but winds will back down starting Wednesday. This is good news for those in the fire area, one more day of Hell.

Friday, look for a big cool down. Onshore flow returns for the weekend.

Next week, the chance for rain begins. Models do not agree when this will occur, but as the week progresses we will get a better Handel on this.

It’s cold out there this morning. You can feel the change of seasons in the morning now.

Must start with a jacket or sweatshirt every morning.

Have a good day.
