Good Warm Friday Morning

Here we go with another hot day. Here comes the sun!!!

Coastal was supposed to see some relief from the heat, because of coastal fog.

However, this is not happening because the ocean water temp is so warm. 

This is pretty crazy for the Pacific Ocean. Water temp in Santa Monica right now is 78 degrees, here 70 degrees.

Any way you look at it, that’s about as warm as you will ever see it around here.

Everyone needs to beat the heat with a trip to the beach this weekend.

It is also humid out there, tropical storm John is moving north. Well west of the coast, but is affecting us with humidity.

Today look for 90s and 100s everywhere.

Saturday, more of the same, maybe a few degrees less.

Sunday, mid 80s costal and mid 90s in the valleys.

Next week, slight cooling. Still hot with 80s and 90s.

Ok, that brings you up to date, come to the beach.

There will be lots of surfers and folks just wanting to cool off in our warm ocean.

No wet suit needed this weekend.
