Back to Work Monday

Good Monday morning,

I hope everyone had a great Father’s Day. I know I did...

The light rain yesterday was interesting. Came down pretty good for an hour or so. It is quite the opposite this morning.

Today low pressure has left us and high pressure is building in. This week we will see a warming trend especially inland. Santa Ynez will raise temps as each day goes forward.

The satellite shows just clear skies on California.

For us, local high pressure is building in. That means some mild sundowner winds the next 2 nights in Santa Barbara. This will kick the fog away and leave us sunny mornings.

For the valleys, it will heat you up into the 80s and 90s as the week goes on. Coastal expect high 70s and low 80s.

This pattern should continue through the week, so no more light rain in our forecast.

Just sun and warmer though the week.

Have a great week, we will see you around town.

Thank you for the facia repairs and skylight cleaning. We hope all those termites and dry rot stay away from our new boards for a long time!
