Rain in April

Good Thursday morning,

Yes, it is raining ....the rain woke me at 4 am. Just like an alarm clock...

The low pressure system held together nicely and is bringing us some moderate showers.

This should pass through in the next few hours and bring us cooler temps and a few showers on north facing mountains.

This system rotated counter clockwise, dropped right down the coast, and gave us some late season rain, just as predicted.

Once the rain goes, we will have a breezy cool afternoon, with highs in the 60s.

Snow level is even down to 4000 feet, so an inch of snow is possible in higher elevations.

Tonight, the sundowner winds should return, as high pressure will build back in.

Look for a warming period, Friday through the weekend, with mild weather. Inland, like Santa Ynez, we might even see 90 degrees.

Santa Barbara will see some fog and low clouds in the morning. This will cool us some, with highs in the 70s.

Next week is looking bland and seasonable, with no big excitement...

Enjoy the rain; you will not see this for another 6 months.

Look at the Snow!

Thank you Action Roofing! On a ridiculously busy and rainy day like yesterday, I greatly appreciate you taking care of my client’s leaking roof. As a realtor, I make sure to always take care of my client’s needs before, during and after our transaction. It is wonderful to have a great company like Action Roofing to rely on to do the same! Thank you!!!
