Another chilly morning, especially for those in the valleys.

Today and the weekend will bring us a mixed bag. Colder is one of them. Nights will be 20 to 40 degrees, depending on where you live.

This afternoon the wind will come up from the northwest in Santa Barbara.

Sunday, will be the best day of the next week. Looks like after a cold start to the day, temps will rise to almost normal or upper 60s.

Sunday night, the next system begins to roll in.

Monday we are looking at rain starting up in the afternoon. For SLO, early afternoon and Santa Barbara, late afternoon.

Yes, all models agree and it looks like we will see around 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch.

Monday night, rain.

This is another colder system, with snow levels at 2500 to 3000 feet.

Tuesday, it clears out, and we are back to fair for a few days.

Thursday, the next system moves in. The models have been back and forth on the rain with this system. Yesterday, it was dryer. Today it is wetter.

We will see how this all shakes out in the next few days.

At this point, we are looking at 1/2 to 1 inch of rain from Thursday afternoon into Friday.

Ok that's your weekend update... Enjoy!
