Thursday Forecast

Good Thursday morning,

Here comes the next inside slider, another low pressure system with little to no rain.

Today will be cool again, with winds from different directions throughout the day.

Tonight, winds will turn to the northwest and Santa Barbara will feel typical wind. Cold weather will prevail tonight and the rest of the week. Winds will begin to calm Friday and Saturday. This will create cold nights, especially in the valleys.

Days will be cooler, with highs in the low 60s, well below normal.

Sunday afternoon, we will begin to transition into the next weather system.

Monday and Tuesday is when the next system arrives, 3 models have 3 different solutions at this point. 2 are calling for rain, one shows another inside slider.

This will be a better system, and I feel rain is likely to occur. Just how much, depends on whether the low is more over the ocean...

Late next week, there will be another system Thursday and Friday. This is way in the extended forecast, but looks like we might be getting into a wetter pattern, "finally".

As always, stay tuned....

And always, have a great day....
