Good morning,

Rain, what a nice thing. Rain is falling right now.

It feels like winter for one of the first times this year. It is actually quite cold out there, with moderate rain falling.

As you can see from the satellite picture, the rain is drifting up from the south.

Low pressure will give us a chance of showers all day today. Rain totals will be light. 1/10th to 1/4 of an inch. Just enough to clean the mud from streets...they will be slick today, so drive slower. It is also colder out there. Snow levels are down to 3,500 feet, so resorts will see some much needed white stuff.

The low that is affecting our weather, will move south and east overnight. This will end any chance for rain in SB by Wednesday morning. It will be another cool day.

Thursday, a Santa Ana event sets up once again. Dry and warming for the second half of the week.

The weekend will continue to be dry and warm.

The next chance of rain will be Sunday night into Monday. Still a ways out, so we will keep you up to date.

Thank you for coming up to do the demo for the Career Fair at Los Prietos. All the boys were fascinated by the chance to see how sheet metal is formed, and to do some of it themselves. A hands-on demo is always the most effective in getting the boys involved. We really appreciate your arranging the demo, especially since you had already put so much energy into the talk and demo you did for the Construction Technology class. The teaching and Probation staff were all impressed by how involved the boys were in your demo.
