Good Wednesday morning,

8 days till thanksgiving and 36 hours before our first rain of the new season. Rain is currently from San Francisco and north. This will drop down to us starting over night. You can see the system here http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/goes/west/nepac/h5-loop-wv.html

Today will be a nice dry day, with highs in the low 70s.

Thursday morning the low drops closer to us. Rain should start up on the central coast around noon, and then makes its way to us Thursday evening. Thursday night is when the rain starts. This will not be a big system. We will all see rain, SB 1/4 of an inch, Central coast 1/2 to an inch, Ventura 1/10 to ¼ and inch, and LA the jury is still out.

Friday is a transition day.  A Santa Ana wind will occur Friday night into Saturday in the Montecito hills and south.

Saturday and Sunday will be very nice. Highs in the upper 70s with off shore winds.

Monday??? Models are still all over the place. Possible rain, but not much again. We will tackle this later. We will stick with what we do know.

Ok enjoy the day

Thank you for coming up to do the demo for the Career Fair at Los Prietos. All the boys were fascinated by the chance to see how sheet metal is formed, and to do some of it themselves. A hands-on demo is always the most effective in getting the boys involved. We really appreciate your arranging the demo, especially since you had already put so much energy into the talk and demo you did for the Construction Technology class. The teaching and Probation staff were all impressed by how involved the boys were in your demo.
