Good Friday morning,

Congrats to all, we deserve a great weekend and we have earned it. After a long-wet February we will have an extended period of dry weather starting today.

Today upper 60s, Saturday and Sunday upper 60s and low 70s with lots of sunshine. https://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lon=-119.66885379329322&lat=34.4347774931571

Where there are still storm systems to the north on the west coast, we will have dry weather all the way through next week, with the exception of some light rain on the central coast Monday or Tuesday. Here is zoom earth with rain, snow and ugly in the pacific northwest, I am sure they want out of there. https://zoom.earth/

Back home just look at these rain totals for the season. Santa Barbara has received 1 ½ times more rain for the entire year than average and 180% more for the year to date.

The good news just keeps coming, because on Sunday we turn the clocks ahead and we start getting an extra hour of daylight at night. This is very exciting for all.

We love the extra daylight at night. Remember turn clocks ahead if you are still old school. Most of us now get this done automatically thanks to technology.

lastly, for all ready for the lake in Nacimiento this year, just look at these lake totals. 92% full jus crazy numbers and still rising. Every other lake is full. https://www.co.monterey.ca.us/home/showpublisheddocument/22189/638132588340230000

I can feel it, spring is coming ...Amen for that!

Have a great weekend.

Jack Martin
